SINSANG Plastic Surgery collects and uses the following personal information for cost consultation purposes.

1. Purpose of collection and use

Request for cost consultation, confirmation of applicant, phone or text response regarding the requested consultation, and appointment scheduling

2. Collection items

• Required: Name, mobile phone number

• Selection: Consultation area, inquiry content

※ Please do not include general information such as medical history, medications, past surgical history, or resident registration number in your inquiry, as this information is not required for standard cost guidance.

3. Period of retention and use

Personal information will be retained from consultation completion or withdrawal, and then promptly destroyed. If the consultation is not completed, the information will be retained from the date of submission for up to 90 days before being destroyed.

Right to refuse consent and associated disadvantages

You have the right to refuse the collection and use of personal information. However, if you do not agree to the collection and use of essential information, your request for a cost consultation via the website will be restricted.

Selection items may be omitted, and you can still request a cost consultation.

Collected consultation information will not be used for advertising or promotional purposes without separate consent.
