Lifting the center of the face. From under the eyes to the nasolabial folds,
we return the sagging midface to its original position.

By structurally restoring volume in the center of the face,
it creates a younger-looking face shape.

By smoothing the under-eye grooves that cause dark circles,
it creates a bright, refreshed impression.

Deep nasolabial folds and drooping mouth corners
improve naturally when the midface is lifted.

By structurally restoring the sagging center of the face,
it naturally restores volume to sunken front cheeks.

Before midface liftAn older, tired-looking impression
After midface liftA brighter, younger-looking impression

To minimize visible
scarring after surgery,
the incision is made right along the lash line.

From under the eyes across the entire cheekbone,
the retaining ligaments anchoring the midface
are precisely dissected.

The SMAS layer and skin tissue
are lifted to move the sagging midface
upward.

Under-eye fat is repositioned,
loose skin is removed,
and the incision is delicately sutured.
It can be considered when sagging continues from under the eyes to the front cheeks and above the nasolabial folds,
making the face look long and tired.
Lifting the front cheek tissue that has descended above the nasolabial folds
can make the nasolabial area appear softened,
but the degree of improvement may vary depending on the depth of the folds and skin condition.
The incision is made close to the lower lash line, so scarring is not a major concern,
but recovery varies from person to person, so scar care is also important.
We look at the degree of sagging under the eyes, in the front cheeks and above the nasolabial folds rather than age.
If your midface has descended and looks tired and long, we recommend a consultation.
Relatively mild sagging can be corrected,
but to address the root cause, we recommend a midface lift.
At first it may feel awkward due to swelling and tightness,
but as recovery progresses, your expressions gradually become natural.
We avoid unnecessary procedures,
and promise only care that is true to the fundamentals and honest medicine.
