A Slim Line from Any Angle
By analyzing your natural skeletal shape and resecting only as much as needed,
an angular face shape is made soft and slim.
Through mandibular angle resection and adjustment of the resection range, lower-face proportions are taken into account
to adjust the jawline angle to your face shape.
The jawbone is resected long and smoothly from below the ear to the front of the chin
to minimize side effects such as secondary angles and step deformities.
SINSANG's own fascial structure fixation,
which fixes the SMAS layer and soft tissue upward, structurally prevents sagging below the cheekbones
and along the jawline.
We analyze your natural skeletal shape to design the resection range,
and refine lower-face width and contour flow together
to create a natural, slim facial line from any angle.
Bone, fascia, fat and skin conditions are assessed with 3D CT and ultrasound
to predict even sagging and neck line changes and accurately identify the necessary correction direction.
We analyze your current facial structure, problems, potential for sagging
and the flow of the jawline and neck line from multiple angles
to set an individual contouring direction and surgical strategy.
Based on 3D CT,
we analyze in detail the skeletal shape that determines contouring results,
the thickness of fascia, fat and skin, the location of nerves and blood vessels,
and the extent of the neck line and jawline involved.
We design a structural flow in which the jawline, cheekbones, chin and neck line connect naturally,
and establish a realistic correction plan

Considering the mandibular angle resection range and lower-face proportions,
only as much as needed is resected to create a natural line.
When the area below the ears looks wide and angular,
the protruding mandibular angle is resected to reduce lower-face width
and soften the side profile.
When the mandibular angle protrudes and the line under the jaw looks heavy,
a resection range extending long from the mandibular angle to the chin
is set to refine
the flow of the lower contour in balance.
